What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using LoadProof for our quality control program, quality checks were done using control forms. It is easy to “pencil whip” quality checks on paper. Our quality checks are required every hour. With LoadProof, we are using it for our quality checks each hour. This has driven the quality team to be on time with their checks since all entries are timestamped. We have seen a solid improvement in our quality programs as we are not seeing quality defects in our finished goods. We have used LoadProof to investigate when a customer complaint was issued, going back and looking at photos per each hour check has helped in identifying if the issue was during production. We hope to use LoadProof for other purposes in the future.

Additionally, LoadProof has been very easy to implement into our quality control program and training our quality team members has been super easy.

What do you like best about LoadProof?

We implemented LoadProof to help drive accountability between us and our customer. We were frequently getting rejections back from the customer and we were positive the damage was happening at the customer’s site. We implemented LoadProof and started taking pictures of every single outgoing shipment to the customer with each product labeled uniquely. We have seen an 80% reduction in rejections and can verify who is responsible when we do get rejections. LoadProof is definitely worth the money!

What do you dislike about LoadProof?

I think LoadProof should consider expanding their product offerings.

We are benefiting from a reduction in the rejection rate from our customer on the product.

“Easy to implement & use”

What do you like best about LoadProof?

LoadProof is an easily implemented solution for a basic issue. Not too complicated, we can modify it to our needs as and when needed. Can be used by all departments efficiently and has multiple uses. Easy to keep track of loads throughout the day.

What do you dislike about LoadProof?

The UI can be a lot better. It needs to be easier for the users to enter the data into the data fields. The team however is extremely resposnisve and already has conducted meetings to understand the issue and think about what can be done better.

What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can easily obtain proof of condtion of the inbounds and outbounds. We have started to use it for quality and auditing purposes, as well as for gemba walks so that management can visually convey issues with the leads and get it sorted out as soon as possible.

What do you like best about LoadProof?

LoadProof is so simple to use! We did a wrapper-mounted deployment of LoadProof, and came in the next morning to train the users, but they were already using it successfully. The features are well thought thru to do exactly what is needed, and the LoadProof team is on-call to assist with any custom need.

What do you dislike about LoadProof?

LoadProof runs on any mobile device, so it does typically require the user to manually snap photos, which can add up to a bit of time throughout the day, but the benefits of having a “Load-Proofed” load far outweight this small overhead.

What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chargebacks, chargebacks! No one likes them, and they are almost impossible to fight, so our customers were just “eating” the charges. Not anymore! A photo is worth a “thousand bucks”, I like to say, and the charges all disappear when our sites can show that product was loaded correctly into a departing truck. It is a powerful tool!

This tool has been great for not only providing photos of inbound discrepencies but also for providing photos of outbound shipments when carriers are attempting to file claims. This tool has also been great for tracking in warehouse damage. The loadproof team has customized various options for us, the possibilites are practically endless.

If you forget to pay your bill then all your history will be erased so don’t forget to get the bill paid.

What do you like best about LoadProof?

Having incorporated Load proof into our process has unabled us to effectively submit claims, provide information to both our internal department as well as our customers, brokers and 3PL (third party logistics) partners. The thousands of fees and damaged product recovered thanks to Load Proof has more than paid for the subscriiption itself. Not to mention, the ease in navigating when using the application. Material Handlers are able to download the application into their phones and with the simple touch of a button, capture the quality of the picture. The website itself is very simple to use as well, for looking up photos of shipments. As an administrator user, I can easily navigate to any adjust a need to make to our account, such as, adding or deleting users. I would strongly recommend this software to any business in the “Logistics” world. This definitely saves a lot of headaches and frustrations with both Incoming and Outgoing shipments. I also want to emphasize the great customer support that company offers. They are quick to answer any questions or concerns you have regarding the product. Load Proof has truly saved us thousands in damage fees and shipment losses.

The system system sometimes freezes when taking pictures which can cause to loss photos.

The ease of uploading and searching picture files to download.

What do you dislike about LoadProof?

The system lags a lot. There is no way to download previous years pictures to an external drive for record keeping. Quality of pictures is not the same as the device taking the pictures. We use this to verify shipments and a lot of the time pictures are too pixelated to read the printed tags on boxes when issues arise.

“Great Product and Easy To Use”

What do you like best about LoadProof?

When dealing with consumer products that can become easily damaged upon loading or in transit, LoadProof is an invaluable resource. In the current climate of supply chain with longer than expected lead times for items, customers expect high quaility material upon delivery. LoadProof helps ensure loading accuracy and quality upon leaving the warehouse/distribution center. It provides that last line a defense when receiving claims from unhappy customers that what they received was damaged or incorrect. There have been countless instances where LoadProof helped our customer save money on damage claims, mis-shipments, trailer numbers, and manhours associated with rework for outbound orders and inbound orders. At our facility, we use LoadProof for our outbound flatbed loading and offloading inbound rail cars. We handle drywall which can become easily damaged when handled multiple times. The ability to take both videos and pictures gives the user flexibility when documenting and uploading order information. The application is very user friendly and therefore easy to implelment and integrate within current processes. Whether using a tablet or smartphone, the application is readily available to all associates.

What do you dislike about LoadProof?

The picture and video quality can be grainy. When using LoadProof on a tablet or smartphone/mobile device, hold it steady and do not make quick movements to avoid low quality images. Adequate WiFi/cellular connection to avoid upload issues. There have been instances due to poor service that we have been unable to take videos and pictures of material we have loaded/unloaded.
